Il present continuous di qualsiasi verbo è composto da due parti: il presente del verbo to be + il participio presente del verbo principale. (Il participio presente si forma con verbo base+ing, ad esempio talking, playing, moving, smiling). Le risposte brevi corrispondo a quelle del verbo to be. Es: Are they coming?
Come trasformare una frase in present continuous?
Soggetto + Am / Is / Are + Verbo + forma -ing. Esempio: I am watching TV. She is making a delicious cake.
Come capire se è present continuous?
Il present continuous si forma coniugando il presente di to be seguito dal participio presente (forma in -ing) del verbo principale. Esempio: I am working (Sto lavorando).
