Si usa il Present Perfect Continuous per esprimere un'azione che è appena terminata, che si è prolungata per un certo tempo e la cui conseguenza è evidente in questo momento. Esempio: I have been working very hard. I'm exhausted!

Come si usa has been?

Il present perfect continuous è composto da due elementi: il present perfect del verbo to be (have/has been) e il participio presente del verbo principale (forma base + ing). Affermativa: She has been / She's been running. Negativa: She hasn't been running. Interrogativa : Has she been running?

Quando si mette been nel present perfect?

1)Si usa il Present Perfect Continuous per parlare di azioni iniziate e che, probabilmente, proseguono tutt'ora. Esempio: "They've been studying since 10 o'clock.". ("Studiano dalle 10").

Quando si usa il past perfect e quando il past perfect Continuous?

Se ci si riferisce ad una singola azione o evento, si usa il past perfect simple. Per esempio, I didn't have a coffee with my colleagues because I'd already had one at home. Se ci si concentra su un'azione in svolgimento terminata prima di un'altra azione o evento, si usa il past perfect continuous.
